this issue is similar to upper mail.

[Precondition]
Paired RCU

[Procedure]
Settings > Viewership > System Settings > Device Information > IP Settings > Blue Key + 2346 OK > OTA Entry > Exit Key Input > Channel Switching > Previous Key Input

[Result]
No previous key reaction > Home > Previous key > No response

I afraid this issue is related to mantis 841 solution.

please check a log first

Hi Jason,

Please check it with 3rd party company. (I don't know who develop RCU OTA app)
In that page, BACK key seems to be ignored.
If you use logcat command with filter as below, you will see key event is received by Frameworks.
Therefore, I think there is no any issue in Foxconn site.

As see below link, we still happen a similar issue in BTF Project.

we tossed it to Digicap UI. But according to their comment, it is working as IR.
only see key down in a log.

Hi Jason,

Per explained, the BT stack is quite different from Android 9.
After "long pressing on ENTER key" issue is resolved, I don't see this issue.
Please also verify it on your side.

we tested with v15.522.4a. it seem didn't reproduce hang-up issue(don't working RCU). But as piled key , it was proceed at once and it is working as IR after a while.

as report on Mantis 976, it happen a side effect. although disappear BT don't working, it seem BT is disconnected and it is working as IR.
Please you need to check it both ( mantis 976 ,859)
